Building a Better Future

It’s not every day that we get to work on projects that will foster learning, growth, and community for generations to come. The new Alfond Lodge at McGrath Pond is one of those special projects.

This beautiful new building will serve as an upgraded dining hall and indoor recreation center for campers, creating a welcoming space where memories are made. Beyond camp season, the Lodge is designed to host weddings, private events, retreats, and more. Profits from these events directly support the programs of A.Y.C.C. and Camp Tracy.

Working alongside H.T. Winters Co., the project’s general contractor, was an excellent experience. Their leadership and attention to detail helped ensure that every aspect of the build came together seamlessly. Collaboration like this is what makes projects of this scale both successful and deeply rewarding.

Our Role

Zimba Company, Inc. was proud to play a role in bringing this vision to life. Our team handled all of the drywall hanging and taping throughout the building, including the intricate work on the dormers in the main hall. It was an honor to contribute to a project that will help create a space that brings people together in both celebration and growth for years to come.
